Everything needed to take a system from requirement to acceptance sits inside the same company: there is no supplier who designs, another who builds and a third who certifies. A dedicated project manager follows timing, costs and communication.

The capabilities we bring together
- Concept and mechanical designTechnical and economic feasibility studies, 3D modelling and manufacturing drawings, including composite components. We use Creo Parametric, Solid Edge, Inventor and SolidWorks.
- Simulation and calculationLinear and non-linear static, fatigue, kinematic, dynamic, thermal and fluid dynamic analysis with the Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA suite; we are a Bronze Partner. FEM analysis and structural checks.
- Electrical, PLC and data acquisitionWiring diagrams and control panels, PLC and HMI software, data acquisition and signal processing systems, through to commissioning in the field.
- Manufacturing and production supportIn-house machining and assembly, special equipment and custom machinery to put components into production and test them.
Certification and compliance
Equipment, machines and systems delivered already compliant. The technical file, the calculation report and the declaration are part of the supply: they are not a separate chapter to hand to a third party after delivery.
- CE marking of machines, special equipment and products;
- ATEX, for equipment intended for potentially explosive atmospheres;
- PED, for pressure equipment;
- MIL standards, where the programme requires it;
- structural verification to UNI EN 1090 and the Eurocodes, with the calculation report attached to the file.
Depending on the criticality of the product, each directive sets its own route to presumption of conformity: the depth of the documentation and the role of the Notified Body change accordingly. The typical path stays the same:
- preparation of the technical file, documentation and initial type tests;
- structural analyses and calculation report;
- design and implementation of production control;
- Notified Body audit where applicable.
On request we also handle the writing and translation of technical manuals.

Do you design and build the systems yourselves?
Yes: design, manufacturing and assembly, testing and certification take place at our site in Navacchio, near Pisa, with one point of responsibility.

To which standards do you design?
MIL standards where the programme requires it, CE marking, ATEX, PED and structural verification to UNI EN 1090 and the Eurocodes.

Do you work to the client’s technical specifications?
Yes: we gather and put in writing the technical and regulatory requirements and design to the client’s technical specifications.

Is the technical documentation included?
Yes: the technical file, calculation report and declaration are part of the supply. On request we also write and translate the manuals.
