The project
For a builder of automation systems we designed two semi-automatic lines for assembling and functionally testing automotive locks: one for bonnet locks and one for boot locks.
Each line consists of a recirculating pallet conveyor, along which operators carry out manual assembly with the help of automatic aids, and a final station that automatically performs the functional test and diagnostics of the lock.

- 3D design of the manual assembly stations and of the final test station, with selection of commercial components
- Production drawings and bills of materials
- Support during production and testing of the lines
