We collaborate with a leading company in the development of automation lines, supporting it in the design of Assembly Lines and Lock testing.
The Lock Assembly and Test Lines are composed of a pallet conveyor with operators who carry out manual assembly with automatic support systems and final automatic functional and diagnostic test stations.
Stages of work:
- Conception and definition of the general layout of each single station
- 3D design of each single station and selection of commercial components
- 2D drawings and production bills of materials
- Support in the Production and testing phase of the line.
