A catalogue machine solves common problems. Manufacturers bring us in when their problem is not a common one:

Single machines or complete lines

We build both single machines — an assembly or testing station, a robotic cell — and complete lines with manual and automatic stations. We can also design systems to be added to an existing line.

Robotics and automation

We integrate articulated, SCARA and collaborative robots into our machines, with end effectors for handling and format changeover. Control logic, PLC software and operator interfaces are developed in-house, together with the mechanical and electrical design.

Retrofitting and modifying existing machines

You do not always need a new machine. We also work on machines already in production, including those from other builders: we add modules and functions, update automation and software, and bring the technical documentation up to date.

How we work

3. DesignMechanical and electrical design, with structural and kinematic analysis.
4. PLC softwareControl logic, PLC and operator interfaces developed in-house.
5. Build and testConstruction, assembly and testing in our workshop in Navacchio.
6. Start of productionInstallation and acceptance testing at your site, documentation and optimisation.

Safety and CE marking

We prepare the documentation for CE marking: risk assessment, technical file, manuals and declaration of conformity. Where the environment requires it, we design to ATEX.

Today the reference is the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. From 20 January 2027 the new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 applies, introducing new requirements, including on software and control systems: we help you understand what changes for machines placed in service after that date.

After delivery

After acceptance testing we remain your point of contact: technical service, spare parts and remote support on the PLC.
