The project
STAMPAMI (STAMPante per Alimenti con Metodi Innovativi) is a research project for the design and construction of an automatic 3D food printing system for home use, able to create freely shaped recipes.
The printer was designed to be driven by connected software, to integrate sanitisation technologies for food safety and quality, and to work with selected, traceable ingredients. The project also included a web platform for sharing recipes and experiences.
