Each sector is handled by the division with the experience for it: DIENG for defence, aerospace, naval and railway; DIMOTION for automotive, pharmaceutical, Oil &amp; Gas and industrial; DIMADE for biomedical and home care.<\/p>\n<p>Below you will find every sector, with the projects delivered in each.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>How we work in regulated sectors<\/h2>\n<p>Every sector brings its own standards, and compliance is not a chapter to hand over to somebody else after delivery: it is part of the supply. Equipment, machines and systems arrive already compliant, with the technical file, the calculation report and the declaration.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CE<\/strong> marking of machines, special equipment and products;<\/li>\n<li><strong>ATEX<\/strong>, for equipment intended for potentially explosive atmospheres;<\/li>\n<li><strong>PED<\/strong>, for pressure equipment;<\/li>\n<li><strong>MIL standards<\/strong>, where the programme requires them;<\/li>\n<li>structural checks to <strong>UNI EN 1090 and the Eurocodes<\/strong>, with the calculation report attached to the technical file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we deliver<\/h2>\n<p>Requirements change from sector to sector, but these are the recurring supplies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/solutions\/custom-test-benches\/\">test benches and inspection systems<\/a> to specification, with automation and data acquisition;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/solutions\/lifting-handling-large-components\/\">lifting, turnover and handling equipment<\/a> for large components;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/solutions\/custom-special-machines\/\">special machines and systems<\/a> for processes and operations that do not exist off the shelf;<\/li>\n<li>automatic lines and stations, from the mechanics to the PLC software and commissioning;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"\/en\/solutions\/fem-analysis-structural-checks\/\">mechanical design and FEM analysis<\/a>, also as a service on its own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Which division covers your sector<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DIENG<\/strong> \u2014 defence, aerospace, naval, railway and transport: <a href=\"\/en\/service\/engineering-and-systems-solutions\/\">engineering and systems solutions<\/a>, with <a href=\"\/en\/solutions\/mechanical-design-defence-aerospace\/\">mechanical design to MIL standards<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DIMOTION<\/strong> \u2014 automotive, pharmaceutical, Oil &amp; Gas and industrial: <a href=\"\/en\/service\/industrial-automation\/\">industrial automation<\/a>, including <a href=\"\/en\/sector\/pharmaceutical\/\">machines and lines for pharma<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DIMADE<\/strong> \u2014 biomedical and home care: <a href=\"\/en\/service\/product-development\/\">product development<\/a>, from concept to series production.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SATRES<\/strong> \u2014 custom <a href=\"\/en\/service\/cnc-machines\/\">CNC machines<\/a>, for metallic and non-metallic materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Frequently asked questions<\/h2>\n<h3>Do you only handle the design, or do you also deliver the machine?<\/h3>\n<p>Both. We can stop at the design and the calculations, or take the system through to acceptance testing and commissioning, with a single person accountable for schedule, cost and communication.<\/p>\n<h3>Who takes care of certification?<\/h3>\n<p>We do, as part of the supply: technical file, calculation report and declaration of conformity. Depending on how critical the product is, the level of detail in the documentation and the role of the Notified Body change.<\/p>\n<h3>Do you handle installation and operator training?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes.
