Starting from the customer’s need to automate a part of the production cycle for the assembly of some products of particular commercial interest, a feasibility study was conducted for the design and development of a new Automatic Line.
This study made it possible to identify a well-defined architecture of the Automatic Line. In addition, it was possible to identify the manufacturing technologies of the various stations and functional groups, aimed at implementing the operations necessary for the assembly of the components, achieving the performance requirements required by our customer.
The feasibility study also made it possible to:
- Identify the criticalities and the possible strategies for resolving the implementation problems;
- Analyze the limits of production efficiency;
- Quantify an order of magnitude of the economic budget for the construction of the line;
- Set up a return on investment analysis by the client.
